• Novice Strategy for Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with old origins. Based on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the wild west in an awesome game for new gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the casino, unlike almost all other poker games that players compete against other players. By competing against the dealer, beginner players don’t need to fret about any other, more advanced individuals taking their cash.

Another Pai Gow advantage is the fairly slow game pace, beginners can take their time and scheme without having to make frenzied decisions.

It’s also much simpler to gamble on for a very long time with just a little amount of cash since, to not win, both of your hands needs to be under each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is given seven cards faces showing and the casino receives 7 cards face down.

One 5 card hand and a two card hand have to be put together from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the casino’s.
