• Caribbean Poker Rules and Tips

Internet poker has become globally acclaimed as of late, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, arcs back quite a bit further than its TV scores. Over the years several variants on the first poker game have been created, including some games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to 21 than old guard poker, in that the players wager against the casino rather than the other players. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no conniving or different kinds of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up before the dealer declares "No further wagers." At that moment, both you and the dealer and of course all of the different gamblers attain 5 cards. After you have looked at your hand and the bank’s first card, you have to either make a call bet or bow out. The call bet’s value is on same level to your beginning ante, indicating that the risks will have increased two fold. Giving Up means that your bet goes instantaneously to the casino. After the wager is the conclusion. If the dealer does not have ace/king or greater, your wager is returned, including a sum equal to the ante. If the casino has a hand with ace/king or greater, you win if your hand defeats the casino’s hand. The casino pays money even with your bet and controlled expectations on your call bet. These expectations are:

    • Even for a pair or high card
    • two to one for 2 pairs
    • 3-1 for three of a kind
    • four to one for a straight
    • five to one for a flush
    • 7-1 for a full house
    • 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
    • 50-1 for a straight flush
    • one hundred to one for a royal flush
