A few poker techniques will surprise you with their simplicity. This is 1 of them. Note your results, every time you bet.
Chapel of hold’em Verse #4:
You have to record your wins and thy loses; for it’s the total of all a mans achievements which develop his or her bottom line.
How detailed is your decision. I usually consider that hourly info and that type of personal information is not needed. Simply work out how much up you are and how much (if anything) you have taken out. Of course, if you are beaten, note that too, despite how much it hurts.
Do not forget to record what type of game you are competing in, if that’s imperative to you. (In my expertise, most players stick to what they know and don’t experiment. If all you note is up, loses and withdrawals, you are way ahead of a majority of gamblers around!)
Provide yourself realistic ambitions, like a ‘dream’ target (new vehicle, vacation or anything else). When you take out, mark the dollars taken out to your dream counter. The more successful you are, the closer that dream will be!
